Custom Search Engine-Endangered Animals Research

The custom search is designed to search specific sites that you have linked, to guide students right to reputable sources. This is safer and more efficient for young children who have not been taught about domains and valid sources.


Want to make a custom search of your own? All you need is a google account to begin. Then go to www.google.com/cse/ and click the create a custom search engine button. You will see a picture like this to get you started.

Under new search engine you can add the sites you want to search and when finished locate
the create button near the bottom of the screen.

This is my page already started, so I can edit and add sites to my custom searches.
